→ Homo Novus curator Gundega Laiviņa was on residency at O Espaco do Tempo from July 17-27 to rehearse The Curators Piece in collaboration with colleagues from Europe and the US. → The Festival centre at Skolas 15 has recently hosted the sustainable design workshop with British enterpreneurs and designers Nick Rawcliff and Adam Fairweather sentimental/useless/useful... The workshop was part of the British Council Latvia creative economy programme. Read more
→ Lone Twin (UK) will hold two artistic workshops during the festival: Speakeasy, run by LT artistic directors Gregg Whelan and Gary Winters, will provide dramaturgical support to the theatre artists already engaged in making work, while Lone Twin Theatre workshop, given by members of the company, will explore the various approaches to narrative employed in the making of Catastrophe Trilogy and is aimed at participants who have seen one or all three works of the trilogy.
